This allows you to make bookmarks that allow you to connect to servers without repeatedly entering the password.
WARNING: Passwords are stored as clear text! ie ANYONE can see it.
Check this box if you wish to open a ΓÇ£New ConnectionΓÇ¥ window when you startup NetFinder.
Tip: you can put a bookmark in the ΓÇ£NetFinder Startup ItemsΓÇ¥ folder and a new connection window with the bookmark details will appear when you next startup.
Check this box if you wish Netscape to use NetFinder for all FTP downloads and listings.
Note: this option is ONLY remembered when Netscape is NOT running when you change the setting.
Check this box if you wish to bring NetFinder to the front whenever a transfer is initiated by another application.
eg If Netscape is setup to use NetFinder for FTP, then NetFinder is brought to the front whenever a file transfer is started.
Check this box if you wish to have text files translated using ISO translations when uploading and downloading.
Select this option if you wish to use faster FTP commands.
This option results in certain operations only sending one command instead of two to the server.
Note: some servers do not operate properly when NetFinder is used in this mode.
Select this option if you wish to use more compatible FTP commands.
Note: if you can not see a file in a directory but you know one exists, try this option.
